  • 1teaspoon ofground cinnamon
  • 1/2teaspoon ofground cardamom(or nutmeg)
  • 1/4teaspoon ofground ginger
Dry ingredients
  • 1 1/3cup of large rolled oats
  • 1cup of quick-cooking oatsmeal
  • 1cup of chopped pecans
  • 1/2cup of hemp seedsORIJIN
  • 1/3cup of all-purpose flour, unbleached
  • 1pinch ofsalt
Wet ingredients
  • 3/4cup of maple syrup
  • 1/2cup of margarine(or butter or coconut oil)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F and place the rack in the center of the oven.
  2. Wash, peel the apples and remove the stone, then cut them into small cubes. Ideally, the same size for even cooking. Coat with the juice of half a lemon.
  3. In an ovenproof dish, place all the ingredients for the filling and mix well with your hands.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the wet ingredients.
  5. In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients with a fork.
  6. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients, and mix with a fork.
  7. Pour the moistened preparation over the apples.
  8. Put in the oven for about 55 minutes. The crumble is ready when the crisp is golden and the apples are cooked.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
