Ingredients
Ingredients for the salad
  • 1bunch of broccolicut into florets
  • 1 applesliced
  • 2 green onionsthinly sliced
  • 1/4cup of dried cranberries
Ingredients for the sauce
  • 2tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2tablespoons of Greek yogurt
  • 2tablespoons of hemp seedsORIJIN
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1teaspoon of maple syrup
  • salt
  • pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a blender.
  2. Combine the ingredients for the salad in a large bowl. Add the sauce and mix everything.
  3. Add some hemp seeds to decorate.
  4. Enjoy!
