  • 1/2cup ofsoaked cashews
  • 1/4 cup ofolive oil
  • 1/4cup ofhemp seedsORIJIN
  • 1teaspoon ofcurry powder
  • 1juice of half anorange
  • 1smallgarlic glove
  • salt
  • pepper
Instructions
  1. Soak your cashews for 30 minutes beforehand for a perfectly smooth texture.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and reduce everything with a blender to a smooth consistency.
  3. You just have to make yourself a delicious colorful salad filled with Quebec vegetables to taste your dressing. And why not garnish your salad with hemp seeds if you feel like it? 🙂
