Instructions
- Soak your cashews for 30 minutes beforehand for a perfectly smooth texture.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and reduce everything with a blender to a smooth consistency.
- You just have to make yourself a delicious colorful salad filled with Quebec vegetables to taste your dressing. And why not garnish your salad with hemp seeds if you feel like it? 🙂
