  • 1cup ofhemp seedsORIJIN
  • 3/4cup ofsoya milk,unsweeted
  • 1/4cup ofsoya yoghurt,plain
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • 2teaspoons ofparsleyfresh
  • 1teaspoon ofdill,fresh
  • 1/2teaspoon ofonion,in powder
  • 1/2teaspoon ofgarlic,in powder
  • 1/2teaspoon ofsalt
Instructions
  1. In a blender, mix all ingredients, EXCEPT the parsley and dill,for 1 to 2 minutes, until you get smooth. Scrape the sides of the container as needed if the mixture splashes.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and mix in the parsley and dill.
  3. Serve this dip with the raw vegetables of your choice.
