Here is a festive and ultra simple recipe to make. It only takes 5 ingredients to make it and it does not require any cooking. In addition, it is a vegan dessert, gluten free and low in sugar. But tasty. VERY tasty !

Ingredients

  • 1cup ofpitted dates
  • 1/2cup ofraw pecans
  • 1/4cup ofHemp chocoORIJIN
  • 1teaspoon ofcoconut oil
  • sea salt
Instructions
  1. If your dates are not very tender, cover them with boiling water for 5 minutes to soften them.
  2. Spray the dates in a food processor to create a paste. If necessary, push the mixture away from the sides of the food processor with a spatula.
  3. On a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread about 2 teaspoons of date paste to create a base.
  4. Gently mash 3 pecans into each date paste base.
  5. Melt the Choco Hemp and coconut oil (in the microwave for 60 seconds or in a double boiler) then let stand for 2 minutes.
  6. Add chocolate mixture to each turtle.
  7. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  8. Place in refrigerator or freezer until chocolate hardens.
  9. Serve and eat immediately.
