  • 1pinch ofsalt
Wet ingredients
  • 1/4cup ofoil
  • 1/4cup ofmaple syrup
  • 1/2cup ofapplesauce
  • 1/2cup ofsoy beverage
  • 2cups ofapplescut into small cubes
Apple crumble
  • 1small applesliced
  • 1tablespoon ofmaple syrup
  • 1tablespoon ofhemp seedsORIJIN
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F. Put the grill at the center of the oven.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients. Reserve.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients. Add to the dry ingredients and mix gently.
  4. Place the mixture in a loaf pan.
  5. Mix the ingredients for the apple crumble and add on top of the bread.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
  7. Let stand before serving. Taste and enjoy!
