  • 25Deglet Nour dates(soaked for 10 min in boiling water, then drained)
  • 1/2cup ofoats(large flakes)
  • 1/2cup ofpumpkin seeds(roasted in the pan)
  • 4tablespoons ofhemp seedsORIJIN
  • 2tablespoons ofbuckwheat seeds(roasted in the pan)
  • 1/4teaspoon ofnutmeg(ground)
  • 1/4teaspoon ofgingerpowder
  • 1/4teaspoon ofcinnamon(ground)
  • 1tablespoon ofcoconut oil
  • 1/4cup ofdark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients, except the chocolate, in a food processor and mix until obtaining a "soft bar" texture.
  2. Spread the mixture in a bread pan and place in the freezer.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a bain marie then pour it evenly over the top of the mixture in the mold.
  4. Place in the freezer for 1 hour, then cut into 6 equal bars.
