Instructions
- Put all the ingredients, except the chocolate, in a food processor and mix until obtaining a "soft bar" texture.
- Spread the mixture in a bread pan and place in the freezer.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain marie then pour it evenly over the top of the mixture in the mold.
- Place in the freezer for 1 hour, then cut into 6 equal bars.
