When can I expect my order to arrive?
Regular orders generally leave our warehouse within 2-3 days, and are shipped by Canada Post throughout Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
Your shipping rate options are displayed below your shopping cart at the time of check-out and/or transaction processing. They vary depending on your location and basket size.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
For the time being, we are not shipping outside Canada through our website. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a quote for shipping outside of Canada.
Are there exceptions for certain geographical zones in Canada?
If your order is being shipped to a particularly remote location or areas in Canada that have higher than normal delivery costs (the Canadian North, some parts of Nova Scotia and Alberta for example), you may also be contacted with shipping information prior to order processing. RAWTECH may not be able to honour flat rates or free shipping to Northern/remote locations or areas that are subject to higher than normal delivery costs. These shipping policies are to ensure that we can find the most economical method to ship orders for both us and our customers.
For any Canadian or US order, other shipping arrangements may be made with customer service if required. Delivery times will depend on the specific order, method of shipping, and location. Please contact us if you have questions about shipping for any order.
The customer has five (5) business days following the pick-up or reception of their order to request a reimbursement or exchange. If your item was damaged during delivery please provide details and a picture of the item and send it to email@example.com.
After this period, NO RETURNS and NO REIMBURSEMENT will be accepted on all our products due to several reasons: improper handling, possible tampering, quality, freshness and liability. We have no way of knowing what someone does with the product once it is out of our hands. Therefore we never accept returns to ensure your safety, and your privilege of getting the freshest and best quality products available.
In the unlikely event of a lost package: Orders within Canada and the USA can be traced. After 30 business days, if it has been determined that your shipment has been lost, you may request a refund, or ask RAWTECH to reship the product to you.
If you have any issues or concerns regarding a product, please email or contact us by phone and we will gladly answer any inquiries you may have.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
