  • 1 1/4cup offlour(wheat, spelled, etc.)
  • 1/2cup ofhemp flourORIJIN
  • 1/3cup ofsugar
  • 2teaspoons ofbaking powder
  • 1/2teaspoon ofbaking soda
  • 1pinch ofsalt
  • 1/3cup ofapplesauce
  • 1teaspoon ofvanilla extract
  • 3large ripe bananas
  • 1/3cup ofchocolate chips(optional)
Instructions
  1. Turn on the oven to 350F and grease a mold.
  2. Mash the bananas then add the vanilla and applesauce. Mix.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Bake for 50 minutes then let stand for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve and spread with Choco hemp.
