Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 ° F and place the rack in the center of the oven.
- In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients with a whisk.
- In a second bowl, whisk all the wet ingredients together.
- Make a small hollow in the dry mixture to gradually incorporate the liquid mixture. Mix well with a fork.
- Oil a 12 muffin pan. Use an ice cream scoop to fill the 12 muffin pan. Bake for a minimum of 20 minutes.
- While the muffins cook, prepare the frosting. With a mixer, combine all the ingredients until you get a smooth, even texture.
- Take the muffins out of the oven and let them cool for about ten minutes before unmolding.
- Let the muffins cool completely before frosting them.
