For the oatmeal
  • 1 1/2cup ofwater
  • 1cup ofmilk
  • 1cup ofquick cooking oatmeal
  • 4tablespoon ofHemp chocoORIJIN
  • 1tablespoon ofcocoa
  • 2tablespoon ofhemp seedsORIJIN
  • 1teaspoon ofvanilla extract
  • 1pinch ofsalt
For the topping
  • 1/2 cup ofraspberries
  • 1/2 cup ofblueberries
  • 1/2 cup ofblackberries
  • 1/2 cup ofvanilla yogurt
  • Hemp chocoORIJIN
Instructions
For the oatmeal
  1. Whisk well and boil the water, milk, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt.
  2. Add the oats and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the Choco hemp and the hemp seeds, stir well, and simmer for another minute.
For the topping
  1. Top with fruit, yogurt, and Choco-hemp.
