For the oatmeal
- Whisk well and boil the water, milk, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt.
- Add the oats and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the Choco hemp and the hemp seeds, stir well, and simmer for another minute.
For the topping
- Top with fruit, yogurt, and Choco-hemp.
