  • 2cups ofhemp seedsORIJIN
  • 2cups ofvegetables broth
  • 2cloves of garlic
  • 1small onion
  • 4tablespoons ofyeast
  • 1tablespoon ofvegetable oil
  • 1/2teaspoon ofturmeric powder
  • 1/2teaspoon ofsalt
  • 1/4teaspoon ofpaprika(smoked)
  • 900g. ofpasta
Instructions
  1. Cook your pasta according to the directions on the package.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the onion and garlic in the oil for about 5 minutes, until tender.
  3. Add all the other ingredients and stir to mix the spices evenly.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Taking care not to burn yourself, spray everything in a blender for 1 to 2 minutes, until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
  6. Pour the sauce over the pasta and mix everything. You can garnish your meal with fresh parsley and black pepper.
    Enjoy your meal!
