Hemp-coated choco-zucchini balls
2020-05-04
This recipe is ideal for sublimating your damaged apples as well as for saving your zucchini in bad shape in the bottom of the fridge. In short, an excellent anti-waste recipe.
As a bonus: they have a rich truffle texture. It is very tasty and pleasant on the palate. The most skeptical will be conviced.
Bon appetite!

Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in the food processor and turn on for a few minutes.
- Scrape the edges with a spatula, and start again until a pasty, smooth and homogeneous texture is obtained.
- Put the container of the robot in the fridge for about 30 minutes, while the preparation cools down and stays well. This waiting time makes it easy to roll the balls!
- With clean, slightly damp hands, form about 20 balls.
- Roll them in the hemp seeds.
- Dip the top of the balls in the melted chocolate and garnish with chopped almonds.
