It’s so simple to make a homemade vegan pâté. Adding hemp flour makes it all the more protein and nutritious. You can both serving it as an apertizer or using it as an excellent base for your sandwiches.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F and line a 23x13 cm bread pan with parchment paper.
- Coarsely chop the mushrooms and roast them in a pan with a little oil.
- Peel the sweet potato and grate it.
- Grind the nuts in a food processor. Place them in a bowl.
- Add all the other ingredients to the food processor and mix until you have a homogeneous texture. I like to keep a few pieces in my vegan pâté so that we can see some ingredients there, but it's up to you to mix it more or less according to your preferences.
- Mix the dough with the chopped nuts and pour everything into the bread pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 50 minutes. The top will be slightly colored and crisp while the inside will still be tender.
