  • 1/4cup ofhemp seedsORIJIN
  • 1cup ofwater
  • fine salt
  • 1/2cup ofsunflower seeds
  • 1tablespoon ofoinon(finely chopped)
  • 1tablespoon ofparsley(fresh and chopped)
  • 1teaspoon ofgarlic clove(finely chopped)
  • 2tablespoons oftamari sauceor soy sauce
  • 1/2teaspoon ofcayenne pepper
  • salt flower
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
  2. Soak the flax and hemp seeds in water and add the fine salt. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, chop the other ingredients and set aside.
  4. Once rested, the seeds will have absorbed the excess water and the texture will be viscous.
  5. Mix all the ingredients well.
  6. Place the mixture on the silicone mat and using a spatula spread evenly on the plate. Keep a thickness of ½ inch.
  7. Bake for about 1 hour 30 minutes. You must turn the cracker halfway through cooking. Peel it off gently with a spatula. The easiest way is to flip it directly onto another silicone mat or another parchment paper and then gently peel off the top paper before putting it back in the oven for 1 hour 30 minutes.
  8. The cracker is ready when it breaks if you fold it. Let it cool well.
