Mint & Hemp Pea Dip

Here is a simple recipe that packs tons of freshness and flavor. This dip goes well with fresh or toasted bread, raw vegetables and can even be added to a hot pasta dish.

  • 2cups ofshelled fresh peas
  • 1clove ofgarlic,
  • 1/2cup offresh mint
  • 1/2cup ofwater
  • 1/4cup ofhemp seedsORIJIN
  • 1/2juice oflemon
  • 2teaspoons ofhemp oilORIJIN
  • 1 pinch ofground pepper
  • 1tablespoon ofsea salt
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Scrape the sides of the container as needed.
  2. Serve with your choice of sides.
