Here is a super easy and such healthy recipe. Simply pour a few ingredients in a blender and then you’re done! Perfect for snacks with crackers and raw vegetables, as a creamy salad dressing, or in a sandwich.

  • 2cans ofchickpeas398 ml
  • 3tablespoons ofhemp oil
  • 3teaspoons ofcumin
  • 1 1/2teaspoons ofsalt
  • 1garlic clove
  • 1/4cup ofwater
  • 1lemon juice
  • pepper(your taste)
Instructions
  1. Drain the chickpeas.
  2. Put all the ingredients except the pepper in a food processor or blender and spray everything until it is smooth.
  3. Garnish with a small drizzle of hemp oil and pepper according to your taste.
